ABAR Homes a Family owned and operated Company has been building in Carroll and the surrounding Counties for over 25 years, and is comprised of Al, Ben and Rick Kirkner, a father and 2 sons who have built their business from the ground up.

Several generations ago, Jim Kirkner started his Tinning Business in Virginia and set the benchmark for future generations to strive for. Al learned the business from his grandfather and father and passed that knowledge and dedication on to sons Ben and Rick. They work from all stages of the business, from buying and developing farmland to building Homes on finished lots, as well as daycare centers, convenience stores, office buildings and small strip centers. And they have built a solid reputation along the way.

ABAR offers several models from which to choose or will custom build from your plans. They believe in being a "hands-on company" and will work closely with you from the "concept" stage to the final walkthrough.

ABAR looks after their product, even after settlement they continue to take care of it. Good relationships with customers are ABAR's benchmark and numerous buyers are now in their second homes built by ABAR.

ABAR believes in giving back to the community, and heartily supports many local events, as well as numerous charities. ABAR donated countless hours of office time, organizing an annual charity golf tournament, which raised over $200,000 for Multiple Sclerosis and currently are working to raise money for Hospice.
